Carl Wolfbrandt is co-owner of Flagstaff Home Watch Plus and has a second home in the Northern Arizona high country that he lives in with his wife, Melissa and their two dogs, Little and Noodle. Carl earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of North Florida. He trained as an industrial engineer in the hospitality industry and has over 40 years of experience in engineering, preventive maintenance, housekeeping, landscaping, security, and concierge services. Carl has managed several full service hotels for Holiday Inns Inc. and most recently worked at the Treasure Island Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas as their Director of Labor Analysis. He is also a Vietnam veteran having proudly served in the U.S. Air Force. Carl is an avid outdoorsman and loves living and providing premier Home Watch services to his valued clients in the beautiful town of Flagstaff.

Ric Washburn is also co-owner of Flagstaff Home Watch Plus and is a full time resident of Flagstaff. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada in 1989, and has over 23 years of engineering and customer service experience working for a company with over $2 Billion in annual revenues. As a senior engineer, he managed residential and commercial energy conservation programs and developed solar energy systems for homes that did not have access to power lines. Ric provides his valued clients with premier customer service and believes that trustworthy, reliable, professional, 24-hour service are the standards of a superior Home Watch company. He and his wife Susan love living year round in Flagstaff, and are grateful for the privilege of waking up every day in the world’s largest Ponderosa pine forest!
