What does your Home Watch company do?

We provide absentee homeowners with peace of mind when they’re away from their homes for extended periods of time. We’ll conduct scheduled exterior and interior inspections of your home to verify that the property is secure, and to identify any problems that need to be brought to your attention. When issues are found, you’ll be immediately notified so that the problem can be fixed in a timely and cost effective manner, before it becomes an expensive disaster. We’ll also send you an electronic copy of our inspection report, complete with photos.

Why do I need the services of a Home Watch company?

So many unexpected things can happen to your home during your absence: break-ins, water leaks, electrical problems, rodent activity, mold, storm damage and vandalism, just to name a few. Proactive measures such as storm preparation and regular maintenance can also prevent many problems from occurring. Even if you have a relative or trusted neighbor located nearby, having a professional Home Watch company acting on your behalf is often a much more reliable and effective option.

What happens if you find a problem at my home?

In an emergency, we’ll immediately respond to the problem in order to prevent it from becoming worse, and then advise you of the situation. In a non-emergency situation, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to discuss the problem and determine a cost-effective course of action.

How do I get a copy of a report after you perform an inspection of my home?

We use mobile technology to help us perform an inspection of your home. Our GPS based Home Watch software allows us to email a report to you within minutes of completing an inspection. You’ll basically know the condition of your home as soon as we do!

How often can you perform inspection services at my home?

We can provide inspection services on a weekly, bi-weekly (every two weeks) or monthly basis. However, in order to adequately safeguard your home, we recommend a bi-weekly inspection schedule at a minimum.

How much do your inspection services cost?

It’s very difficult to provide a fair and accurate quote without first knowing the size and complexity of your home. Generally speaking, an inspection fee increases as the size of the home increases. Inspection fees for the smallest homes start in the $35-$40 range, per visit. Please feel free to call us for a no-obligation quote for your home, along with a demonstration of our Home Watch inspection technology.

Do I have to pay any start-up fees or enter into a long-term contract with your company?

Absolutely not. At Flagstaff Home Watch Plus, there are never any start-up fees, annual fees or long-term contracts.

What other services do you offer?

In addition to our Home Watch inspection services, we also offer Maintenance, Key Holder and Prestige services to help make your busy life style easier and more care free. If you don’t see what you need on our service listings, just ask us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests.

Does your Home Watch company act as a security service?

We do not act as a security service, nor do we conduct daily patrols of your property. However, we can respond to security system activations if you’re not able to. Our scheduled inspections also provide a recurring visible presence at your home which can be a highly effective deterrent to crime.

What areas of Northern Arizona does your company serve?

Within the Flagstaff area, we serve Doney Park, Flagstaff Ranch, Forest Highlands, Kachina Village, Pine Canyon and all neighborhoods in between.

Outside the Flagstaff area, we serve Munds Park, Mountainaire, Oak Creek Canyon, Sedona, Bellemont and Parks.

Is Flagstaff Home Watch Plus licensed, insured and bonded?
